Spent 6 and a half hours here today. Came here 30 min late and they charged me $102.50 for being late and didn’t care to hear why I arrived late. After I talked to them in the shipping office I backed up to the dock and waited 1.5 hours. I noticed that they did not even start loading me. I went to the shipping office and this is when they told me the first time that I had to pay the late fee first directly to them before they would start unloading me. So after they wasted 1.5 hrs of my time and charged me $102.50 for being “late” I spent another hour waiting to get the comcheck approved to pay the late fee. Three hours into it I gave her the check and she said they were going to start loading me. Then I waited another 2 hours before they started loading me. I complained to two supervisors and they could care less what I had to say. The older lady that was there at the front desk when I just got there had an attitude as well. Overall wasted my whole day here, dealt with terrible service, and was charged $102.50. Even one of the loaders got an attitude with me because I didn’t knock on the bathroom door before trying to open it. This place is a joke and I will never go back to this warehouse again. They have zero respect for the drivers.
Was the only truck here for over an hour still they haven't started loading me another truck just showed up and hopefully they won't load him first !!!
Came here 30 minuets before my appointment,kept me for more then 3 hours even when my truck was the only one here!Wery unprofessional and very unkindly place!
The young lady in the guard shack very nice the girl in the office the young one doesn't even technology too busy texting she probably doesn't even know if you're a live load or you are a drop and hook!!! A bad place to load it all starts with reception at receiving inside door 9!!!
Guards are friendly. Shipping/receiving women have some of the nastiest attitudes I've ever dealt with.
In and out pretty quick. Some parking with a trailer and some bobtail close by. McDonald's and Denny's.
