Everyone from the branch to the assist line has been nothing but helpful, courteous and kind. They have treated my family and I with dignity and respect.
This bank sucks. They take forever when your waiting for money to be deposited in account when the people sending the money to you for a loan and the people that gave you the loan already approved you for it and suppose to be able to get the cash same day and city bank has not put it in my account yet. I'm going to get a new bank like SunTrust they give you a free 300 for getting direct deposit with them. I suppose to get a free 100 from city but me and my fiancee never got it they are the shitiest bank I ever had. I don't recommend city national bank 2 any1 my fiancee and I have had nothing but numerous problems with City. National Bank. F##k them assholes.
